Before submitting an application, candidates must satisfy the following criteria for admission to Ankaful Nurses Training College:
The cut off point for the Ankaful nursing training is (48) or better in the relevant 3 core and 3 elective subject areas.
Students with General Science background have a higher chance of gaining admission.
Ankaful nursing training General admission requirements are in line with Ministry of Health’s Training Institutions admission guidelines.
However, the college as an institution has their rules which is specific to them.
And may consider other factors to give admission.

What is the cost of a Nursing Training Form?
The nursing training forms cost Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC200.00).
Other important things to note:
- Applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number upon payment.
- You will need your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address
- Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. [Please NOTE: Do not use the email address of relations]
- Use the PIN code and Serial Number to access the application form online at https://healthtraining.gov.gh
- Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number.
- Follow the instructions carefully and fill in the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened.
- Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.
- Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.   Â

WASSCE / SSSCE OR ITS EQUIVALENT (A1-C6)
English Language, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science plus any three (3) of the following:
Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Elective Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Government, History, Christian Religious Studies or Islamic Religious Studies, Literature-in-English, French, Ghanaian Language, General Agriculture, Food and Nutrition, General Knowledge in Arts and Management in Living.
Applicants with D7 or E8 in any of the 3 core subjects (Maths, Science, and English) can get admitted to Nursing Training depending on the programme you wish to offer
However, those who wish to offer diploma must re-write the particular subject before the end of their 3 years programme to qualify to register for the NMC examination.
