Artificial intelligence: The Coral Reef Innovation Hub has established an artificial intelligence (AI) lab on the campus of St. Peters Senior High School as part of initiatives to enhance STEM education.
The lab, a joint effort by NEIP, Intel, and the St. Peter’s Old Boys Association, was introduced on April 29, 2023. It signifies a significant advance in the growth of AI technology among students and staff members.
According to a post seen by myhealthink.com, the AI lab is outfitted with the most recent technology, including cutting-edge computing capabilities, advanced machine learning algorithms, and potent data analytics tools.
According to reports, the lab will assist a group of academics and scientists as they collaborate with the students, faculty, and staff to create new AI applications and systems that can aid in resolving some of the most serious issues confronting our society right now.
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) lab’s main objective is to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship by giving entrepreneurs the resources and tools they need to develop innovative AI-based goods and services.
A significant step forward in the advancement of AI technology in the PERSCO community has been made with the opening of the Coral Reef Innovation Hub AI lab at St. Peter’s Senior High School.
They are enthusiastic about the possibilities this lab will open up for business owners, researchers, and our whole community, and we look forward to the good effects it will have on their society,”
The lab was established, according to the president of the old students association, with donations from year groups ranging 1974 to 2008, Perscoba UK, and Perscoba North America as a means of giving back to their alumni school for its influence on their life.
Following the opening of the AI lab, the Ministry of Education and its agency expressed their gratitude for all parties who contributed to making the project possible, including NEIP, Intel, and the St. Peter’s Old Boys Association.
The managing partner of Coral Reef Innovation Hub, Mr. Richard Osei-Anim, responded to the praise from the Ministry by stating that the main goal of Coral Reef was to enhance access, equity, and inclusion by bringing Education 4.0 solutions to close the digital poverty gap in Africa.
