Final BECE Timetable: WAEC has officially released the 2023 BECE timetable.
Final BECE Timetable: The West African Examination Council (WAEC) Ghana has released the schedule for participants taking the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) this year.
The first papers are slated for Monday, August 7, 2023, according to a WAEC Facebook post.
These include Religious and Moral Education 2 (Essay), Religious and Moral Education 1 (Objective), English Language 2 (Essay), and English Language I (Objective).
The following day, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, candidates will sit for Integrated Science 2 (Essay), Integrated Science 1 (Objective), and Ghanaian Language and Culture 2 (Essay).
Both Papers “(2 & 1 for each topic) are to be taken in one sitting without break,” according to WAEC. When the duration on the question paper differs from the one on the timetable, the duration on the question paper shall be followed.”
WAEC further indicated that candidates with visual and hearing problems will be granted extra time.

“Candidates with visual and hearing impairments will be given 50% more time than other candidates,” WAEC stated.
